A. REGULAR – OLD STUDENTS

  • STEP 1. DOWNLOAD: ENROLMENT FORM here
    • Enrolment Form– Fill up the required data and indicate which COURSE / SUBJECTS you are required to enroll.
    • Please see the “Summary of Course Offering of your respective program and year level.
  • STEP 2. SEND:  DOCUMENTS
    • Send through email the following:
      1. Scan copy of School I.D. except for 1st year.
      2. Enrolment form completely filled up with the required data and information.

    1. You will receive a verification reply through email that your enrolment application is evaluated and assessed and you will be informed of your required enrolment fees for the second semester, 2020-2021.
    2. You may pay/deposit through the different Payment Methods.  (Please see payment method and procedures)
      • To those who have no previous balance, you may pay your initial payment of Php. 10,000 upon enrolment for the second semester, 2020-2021 (Please see payment method and Procedure below)

  • STEP 4. VALIDATION

Once payment is validated and accepted by the accounting, the Registrar may now proceed to the loading of subjects and will validate your official enrolment

Official class list for enrolment will be sent to your respective Deans, Chairmen and Coordinators.


B. FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS, TRANSFEREES AND SHIFTEES. (Enrolment schedule : January 20-23, 2021)

    • Enrolment Form– Fill up the required student’s data and indicate which COURSE / SUBJECTS you are enrolling based on the evaluation of the chairman.
  • STEP 2. SEND: DOCUMENTS
    • IRREGULAR
      1. Copy of your evaluation form to be obtained through your respective chairman or program coordinator.
      2. ENROLMENT FORM WITH COMPLETE DATA
    • TRANSFEREES
      1. Valid certificate of Transfer credential and a copy of your subject evaluation through the respective chairman or program coordinator and TRANSFEREE FORM.
      2. Good Moral Character
        Note: You need to submit the original hard copy of your requirements to the Registrar.
    • SHIFTEES
      1. Copy of your subject evaluation through the respective chairman or program coordinator and SHIFTEE FORM
      2. ENROLMENT FORM WITH COMPLETE DATA

For those who will prefer to pay directly to the school cashier. Please use the school entrance at the corner of F. Ramos St. and Ranudo St. (CIM entrance.) All other entrances to the school are closed.
